Returns & Exchanges
At BloomChic, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email or the returns portal.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside of the parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
